Bill Keen pictured on the left is the lead instructor and president of Bill's Dive Locker. Born in Florida, the ocean has been a large part of his life. He started teaching scuba in 1989 in Mannheim Germany and has been teaching full time in Hawaii since 1999. Bill is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and NAUI Instructor. |
